arunkarthickeie@gmail.com October 16, 2022
SIP Growth will take time..Be passion

You must have heard many ads that mutual funds are good, why? Let’s understand this. See when you are investing money inside Mutual funds let me tell you how you invest money, but many people prefer that we can invest money directly in the stocks also If you are investing money in stocks that means you are investing money in the equity.

Equity Mutual Funds are one type of Mutual Fund. Apart from this, we also have many segments. We will understand them too. Here when you invest money in stock, it means you can invest money in any company, and you are buying equity but when you put money in the stocks then people say it is risky.

Why is it risky? You have seen the market that keeps moving up and down, then the market can go up too much and the market can also go down too much, so if you are doing this and your goals are not decided then equity could not be a good option, but it could be a good option if you think for the long term, but there are 5000 companies in Stock company.

In which company we should Invest, we do not know where to invest money. For that, you have the benefit that you get this benefit in the mutual fund that a manager appointed for you and that manager is much smarter than us.

He has crores of rupees worth thousands of lakhs of people, then he decides on more understanding where to put money so that we will get growth, as we talked about growth then we said that equity mutual funds are one kind of mutual fund. Now, are there any mutual funds other than this? Absolutely yes.

How to Invest and what is Mutual funds SIP investment

Example debt Mutual funds, now the money you invest in the Debt Mutual Funds are invested in government bonds and government security, so you can get a lot of growth in equity and there is much volatility in the market so the market may fall, so you will see that there is a loss in mutual funds but it does not happen in debt because your risk is very less.

It is high inequity and low in debt, so if the risk is low in debt, then the returns are also less, if it is more in equity then Returns will also be high. There is also one type of mutual fund which are hybrid mutual funds.

Hybrid mutual funds mean equity plus debts, it becomes a Mutual fund by combining both of them then Some money will be invested in equity and some money will be invested in debt, so now you can decide which mutual fund you have to choose.

Apart from this there are goal-oriented mutual funds that you have to invest in mutual funds for the children’s education of your child or if you think that tomorrow the child will get married, then if you are thinking for Children, you are thinking long-term.

Some people think for retirement, they think for long term so for Equity your money gets guessed but then it could be a mix of debt and equity.

If you were planning how you must make an investment in Mutual Funds and how you will do it and then I will tell you the name of mutual funds, which you can search and plan your investment if you want growth, then I on the screen recording so that which I am telling you, you will not understand only the concept but you will see also.

So here we come on the Finity application, I also use Finity to invest in mutual funds, so it is a very simple interface, as soon as you will go to Finity, then you will see mutual funds here, you will go to mutual funds then we talked about equity and we talked about debt and we talked about hybrids and we talked about goal-oriented mutual funds.

Equity Funds:

Now look here when we click on Equity again, we have to invest money in the large-cap companies and we have invested in mid-cap and have to invest in multi-cap and small-cap and we have to invest in international and we have to invest money thematic, thematic means sector-wise, you think that this sector will perform well then your money will invest sector-wise then If you want more dividends than your money will get Invest in dividend-paying stocks, then here is the ELSS which is useful for tax saving and the index fund.

Index funds are a type of passive fund, you can invest in that too, so here you can see the many types of funds inequities as well. Now I will tell you that there is one more type of fund other than this, which is called Flexi cap funds. Now there is a very small difference between Flexi-cap funds and multi-cap funds, and the small difference is that managers have a little pressure in multi-cap funds that this much money must be kept in this category, in which, means money should be invested in large-cap, but flexicap, they have the power that if they want, they can invest money in small if growth is good. Now if we are talking about flexicap, then it comes inside Equity.

Top three mutual funds SIP invest in 2022:

Now definitely risk is more in equity but Returns are also more, now I am going to tell you the names of 3 Funds inside the flexicap which you can also search on the Finity app, in the playystore and you can download the Finity app from there and you can start your investment in mutual funds easily, and I will tell you that how you must do.

So flexicap funds are also part of the multi-cap, when you will go to Finity app and when you will click on multi-cap then you will see the option of flexicap just like PGIM and quants then are flexicap funds and you can make Investments in Flexi cap funds also but when we talk about actively managed mutual funds then the Flexi cap funds are better in the multi-cap.

First let me tell you all the funds, about the Axis flexicap funds, you have to go through the search first and I have searched here.

If you write Axis Flexi in search option bar, then clearly the name of Axis Flexicap fund direct plan, you will click on it and When you click on it, then you will see that it has given returns around 20% in the last 3 years. Now see here if we see its past performance then it has a strong past performance and you see that Asset under management then it is above 10000 crores then if it is such a big asset under management and it has a very good performance that is why I am recommending you and it could be good for beginners if you are first-timers and you do not know that where to invest money then you can invest money here and there are Morningstar ratings also there, so I am recommending you by considering it that you can invest money there.

Apart from this, I am telling you the name of one more fund that is HDFC Flexicap, if you will search then you can get to see the growth option direct plan and if has a return of 13.92% but here it has a high AUM means Asset Management is more than 27 Crore it has Almost 28000 Crore Asset Under Management is there and there is a strong band. The performance is decent and it has given good performance across different fund categories.

If you want then you can invest in it and you can plan also and third, is Navi Flexi cap funds, again you can search, you will write Navi Flexi cap funds and here direct plan option growth will come and you can see its return is around 10% and assets under management is also less and why I am recommending to you, its reason is that it is a new edge tech enable Mutual fund brand and I feel that its performance can be good in the coming time.

I will 100% recommend you a thing that wherever you will invest, don’t do it without your research. You are listening to me and you will listen to 100 more people on the internet. It is for those who are new and I have told you three options, you can consider any of these, whatever you like but you have to plan your investment according to you, then now we take a look from the beginning.

Now we talked about Axis and if I go to Axis and I choose that you have to plan an investment in it, inside the equity and you will click on Invest simply and now you can choose the amount, you can plan an investment of ₹ 500 a month.

Now if you are doing the SIP for ₹ 500 a month and I would like to answer you in the comments if anybody invests ₹ 500 a month. It will be seen here that in 10 years you have about ₹188000 and if you have invested ₹5000 then you have more than 18 lakhs, Now you can plan here, it is showing an average here but you will tell me, that it has told about 10 years, that if we are doing 5000 in 10 years then it will be 18 lakh but you have to tell if we invest for 30 years, ₹500 or ₹5000, there are for two examples then if we will invest ₹500 for 30 years then how much money we will have and if we will invest ₹5000 for 30 years then how Money it will be.

And we took a return on investment of approximately 20% and we can take 20.15% and you will keep one thing in mind is that the past returns here, it is not the case for the future if you saw that there were 20% returns in the past then you will get some in the future, there is no surety it can be more and it can also be less.

Now because it has given 20% then we are assuming 20%, so if we get a return of around 20%, then we will put ₹ 500, then you will tell to me.

For this, you can go to Google and search for a SIP calculator, then you have to give comments.

I have told you away for investment that you can make it a good habit to invest in mutual funds and because you wanted the names of mutual funds then I think flexicap is a good option and you can go for the index options also and if you also invest inside index funds. Index funds like the funds.

According to the nifty50, and you see the S&P 500 and NASDAQ, the mutual funds which are according to it, your money is also invested in it and you can choose that also. So here I have tried to explain a lot to you.

I hope you must have got the answers to your questions too, then if you like give comments.
